All employees go through a complete background check upon hiring.
There are emergency procedures in place and posted.

Magic Garden School & Early Learning Center’s first priority is the safety and wellbeing of our children and our staff.
Our facility is monitored both inside the classrooms and outside of the facility 24 hours a day 7 days a week with the state of the art security camera system. There is a fence that surrounds the playground area for the protection of the children.
Two-Way Radio Transceivers
Our staff is equipped with a two-way radio transceiver. This enables a staff member to reach the office or any employee in the press of a button. Local law enforcement keeps us updated on any events that could possibly have any impact on us.
CPR Certified
Our Staff has been fully certified in CPR and First Aid.
